Delivery Charges

A flat rate delivery charge of £4.00. Standard delivery is usually within 3-5 working days within England, Wales, or Scotland from the dispatch date.

This isn't guaranteed around busy periods like Christmas and could take longer than 3- 5 working days.

If there are any problems with delivery I will get in touch and let you know.

​Do I ship Internationally?

​No, at the moment I only ship within  the UK .

Packaging 

 

​​I use recyclable materials for packaging.  But sometimes I may have to use bubble wrap to make sure your items are safe to travel and not be damaged.

Returns policy

​I am currently unable to offer returns for my items unless they are damaged and unusable. I am a small independent business and unfortunately

it isn't possible at the moment.

​

If your order is damaged please contact me within 14 days and I will send a replacement or refund.

Please could you send a photograph of your damage item and I will notify you of approval or if I have rejected your refund or replacement.
